2. New Admin section available to Client Admin users.
On the Admin page, Client Admins can see the File, Team Files, and detailed User List.
All the information is read-only for now, but will become editable in the coming weeks.
Access to view and edit Admin is limited to users with Client-Admin role. This role was added to all users who currently have the Sifter-Settings-Admin role.
3. For auto-dismissing redundant help text, the span was increased from 30 characters to 90 characters
