Alert! Completing this process will permanently delete your ticket. LegalSifter will not be able to restore the ticket for you once deleted. Only users with necessary permissions may delete tickets.

1. To prevent accidental deletion of tickets, LegalSifter Control requires several steps to delete. You'll note that if you click the "trash" icon, you receive message redirecting you to cancel the ticket.

2. First, you need to cancel the ticket. From the Status Dropdown menu, Click "Canceled"

3. You'll note that you are still unable to delete the ticket.

4. The next step is to cancel the negotiation status. To do so, open the Negotiation Status dropdown menu, and Click "Canceled"

5. Click "OK"

6. Click here.

7. Click "Delete"
