Statuses
Template Created. This status represents the state of a review contract that has been created from a the contract template but not yet sent to a counterparty.
Contracts in "Template Created" status may be moved to:In Review
With Counterparty
Canceled
In Review. This status represents a contract the is currently in review by a user of LegalSifter Control.
Contracts in "In Review" status may be moved to:With Counterparty
Canceled
With Counterparty. This status represents a contract that is currently with the counterparty for review.
Contracts in "With Counterparty" status may be moved to:In Review
Canceled
Ready For Signature. This status represents a contract that has been full negotiated and "Finalized". Contract in "Ready for Signature" are no longer editable.
Contracts in "Ready For Signature" status may be moved to:In Review. In this case, the document is reopened and the document is editable.
Canceled
Awaiting Signature. This status represents a contract that has been been sent for signature using the one of the signature providers integrated with LegalSifter Control.
Contracts in "Ready For Signature" status may have the following action taken:Cancel Signature. The signature process is canceled and the contract is returned to "In review"
Executed. This status represents a contract that has been been fully executed and the final version of the document has been collected.
Canceled. This status represent a contract that has been been canceled before the negotiation was completed.
Contracts in "Canceled" status may be moved to:In Review. In this case, the document is reopened and the document is editable
