Results are returned in a table along with selected metadata. The filename and the Counterparty are always displayed. If the main search field is used, then the results will also include summarized text from the document where the results were found.
Clicking on a document will open the Document Quick View
Columns
Users can select which columns they would like to see in the search results. A selection anywhere in the row will open a Document View for the result.
Using the “Choose columns” link, the user can select which columns they would like to see in the results. All the custom columns are sortable. The table column picker allows custom column order configuration by dragging and dropping.
There are some special columns:
Counterparty: The Counterparty name is shown with a link, and clicking on it opens the Counterparty page (if the user has permission) in a new tab.
Document Type: The Document Type is shown with a link, and clicking on it opens the Playbook page (if applicable) in a new tab.
Document Name: The Document Name is shown in a standard format: File Type icon and Document Title. It’s shown with a link, and clicking on it opens the document in the Quick View in a new tab.
Paginated results
20 results are returned per page. Navigation between pages in found at the bottom of the search results. You may navigate forward and backward in the pages, or go to a specific page directly.
NOTE: Currently, the maximum number of results displayed is 10.000
