LegalSifter Control manages all information related to a contract as part of a Counterparty. Counterparty may be chosen or can be created when the first redline of a contract is uploaded into the system.

A review may be started by clicking on the “New Contract” button on either the Review page.

New Contract

Clicking the new “New Contract” button will bring up the Start Review dialog. You can either drag a document on to the upload area or select one from the file system.

Contracts that have been created for will be present in the “My Contracts” or “All Contracts” lists. “My Contracts” shows all contracts that have been created or assigned to you. All Contracts shows all contracts created for review.

Contract Processing

The Contract List will show your new contract at the top of the list. The status will be shown as “Processing” and the “Progress” Column will show as a spinning icon.
