LegalSifter Control contracts are organized around counterparties. When a document is filed it is related to a counterparty. Every counterparty has its own page that can be accessed through the counterparty search control found in the header.

Counterparty search provides a type ahead search of all counterparties.

Selecting a counterparty will take you directly to the Counterparty Page.

All documents related to the counterparty can be accessed from the Counterpary page. Documents can be directly added to the counterparty.
